How ordering works

• 1. Send your list — Tell us what you need on WhatsApp — the item, how many you want, and the address we are delivering to.
• 2. We confirm and go to the farm — We reply with what is available, what it costs and your delivery fee, then we buy and pack after you agree.
• 3. It reaches your kitchen — We load and deliver on your chosen day, Tuesday or Thursday, and tell you when we are close.

Delivery areas, fees and opening hours

Delivery happens on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Fees depend on where you are, so send your full address with a landmark on WhatsApp and we tell you the amount before the run — no surprises at the door. We answer calls and WhatsApp messages during opening hours. If you would rather collect in person, tell us and we will arrange it.

Before you order

• Is there a minimum order? — No fixed amount we publish. Send your list and we tell you honestly whether it is enough for a run.
• Can I pay when the food arrives? — Talk to us about it when you order. We agree how you are paying on WhatsApp before the run, so nothing is left hanging at the door.
• What if the produce is damaged? — Send a photo the same day and we replace it on the next run or refund you. Fresh food should reach you fit to cook.
